TMGM also offers demo accounts for all account types, allowing traders to practice and familiarize themselves with our trading conditions before committing to real funds. However, please note that during high market volatility, there may be differences in execution between demo and live accounts.

What are the fees and commissions for trading with TMGM?

TMGM offers several types of accounts, all featuring a transparent, no-commission fee structure. This means you can trade without worrying about additional charges per trade.

What is the difference between the Classic Account and the Edge Account?

The main difference between these accounts is the commission and spread structure:
  • Classic Account: Spread starts from 1 pip plus any due swaps, no commission.
  • Edge Account: Spread from 0 pips plus any due swaps, with a commission of 7 USD per round turn lot.

Do you offer swap-free accounts?

Yes, TMGM offers Islamic accounts compliant with Sharia law. Swap-free options are only available on our Edge and Classic Accounts in USD/EUR/GBP.

Do you offer joint accounts?

Yes, we offer Joint accounts to traders who only hold a joint bank account.

Do you offer Fixed Spread accounts?

No, we do not offer fixed spread accounts; all our accounts have variable/floating spreads.

What trading platforms are available with TMGM?

We offer trading accounts on trading platforms MT4, MT5, and HUBx.

How do I create an MT4 trading account?

Once you have registered and verified your TMGM profile, you will be able to create a Live trading account via your Portal. Please click on Dashboard >> +Live Account Application, and the newly created account will be an MT4 account.

How do I create a HUBx trading account?

Unlike the MT4 accounts, HUBx accounts are created manually by our back office department, therefore, you can request to open one of these account types either by sending an email from your registered email address to support@tmgm.com , or by visiting our Live Chat via the TMGM website .

How can I download the MT4 desktop platform?

Please login to your TMGM Portal and click on Downloads tab at the top of the page. Then click on the Download for Windows option and follow the installation instructions.

How can I download the MT4 mobile app for iOS and Android devices?

Please login to your TMGM Portal and click on Downloads tab at the top of the page. Then hover over the App Store or Google Play Store button accordingly, and the QR code for the download will appear. Scan the QR code with your mobile device, and you will be directed to the relevant page of the app store.

Where can I access the MT4 Web Trader?

Please login to your TMGM Portal and click on WEB Trader tab at the top of the page.

How do I access the HUBx trading platform?

You can access the web-browser based HUBx trading platform directly via your Client Portal , under Trading Tools.

How do I login to MT4 Desktop / web browser platform?

Please click on File >> Login to Trade Account, and enter your account number in the Login field, and your password and server in the relevant fields.

How do I login to the MT4 mobile app?

Please click on the Settings option in the MT4 mobile app, then click on New Account >> Login to an existing account. Type TradeMax in the Server field, and you will see each of our trading servers listed. Please click on the server relevant to your account. Then enter your account number and password into the relevant fields and click on Sign In in the top right corner of the page.

Do you offer / allow Expert Advisors on your trading accounts?

We do not offer our own Expert Advisors; however, we are happy to allow the use of third party EAs on our trading accounts.

What mobile and desktop trading applications does TMGM offer?

TMGM offers two main types of applications for traders:

What base currencies can I open an account in?

Clients may open a trading account in AUD, EUR, CAD, GBP, NZD, and USD.

Are the trading conditions on my demo and live account the same?

We strive to keep the trading conditions on demo accounts as similar to those of live accounts as possible. However, during times of high market volatility, there may be differences in the execution, slippage, or spreads between demo and live accounts. Please be aware that live account may be affected by additional factors such as liquidity and market conditions which may not be fully replicated in the demo environment.

How do I open additional live or demo trading accounts?

You can create additional demo or live accounts within your Client Portal .

What documents are acceptable for account verification?

TMGM accepts the following documents for account verification:
  1. Proof of ID: Passport, driver's license or government-issued identification.
  2. Proof of address: Bank statement or government-issued utility bill. This is subjected to the verification process of your residential country.

What documents are required to open a live trading account?

To open a live trading account, you will need to provide a valid form of Photo ID and a recent statement or utility bill to confirm your address.

What is an acceptable ID document?

You can provide one of the following:
  • Passport
  • Government ID such as a Driving Licence or State ID or
  • National Identity Card
Please note that all Photo ID documents must be valid and clearly show your full name, date of birth and issue/expiry dates.

What is an acceptable proof of residence document?

You can provide one of the following:
  • Utility Bill (gas, electric, water, phone or internet)
  • Bank Statement

Please note that all proof of residence documents must contain your full name, your full residential address (no PO Boxes) and be dated within the last 90 days.

How do I provide the required documents?

Your documents will need to be uploaded via your Client Portal . If you are having trouble with this, feel free to send the documents by email to support@tmgm.com and our team will process them for you manually.

How long does it take to verify my account?

Accounts are usually verified within a few hours of the appropriate documents being received. Please contact the support team if you would like an update on the progress of your account.

How will I know when my account is verified?

Once your account has been verified you will receive an email notification providing you with your live trading account number, trading server details, password, leverage and the currency of your account.

Can I fund before my account is verified?

You will not be able to fund your account until your account has been verified and you have received your live trading account number.

Funding

How do I deposit funds into my TMGM account?

To deposit funds:

  1. Log in to your TMGM account
  2. Click 'Deposit Funds' from the dashboard
  3. Choose your preferred deposit method
  4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit

What payment methods does TMGM support?

  1. Most electronic payments (e.g., credit cards, e-wallets) are processed quickly, with funds generally available in minutes.
  2. Bank transfers can take 2-5 business days

How can I fund my account?

Can my friend/relative deposit for me?

No, we cannot accept any deposit from anyone other than the account holder. Deposits made by third parties will be rejected, and any attempts to do so may result in account suspension or closure in accordance with our compliance policies.

How do I withdraw funds from my TMGM account?

To withdraw funds:

  • Log in to your TMGM account
  • Select 'Withdraw Funds' from the dashboard
  • Choose your withdrawal method
  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw
  • Review and confirm the withdrawal details
  • Submit your withdrawal request

What are the prerequisites for withdrawing funds?

To withdraw funds, you must:
  1. Have a fully verified account
  2. Have an available margin above the used margin

How long do withdrawals take to process?

Processing times vary by withdrawal method:
  1. Withdrawals to e-wallets are usually processed within 24 hours

How can I track my withdrawal?

How should I withdraw from my account?

You should withdraw your funds using the same method that you used to deposit. For example, if you fund with bank wire, you will only be able to withdraw by bank wire.

How long should I wait for my withdrawal to reach my bank account?

Withdrawal requests are processed by our Client Accounting Department within 1 working day of receipt. However, the time needed for the funds to reach your bank account will depend on your payment method.

  • International Bank Wire withdrawals can take 3-5 working days.
  • The other payment method withdrawals are usually received within 1 working day.

Are there any charges for depositing/withdrawing from my trading account?

TMGM does not charge any fees/commission on deposits/withdrawals, however, you may be subject to fees from banks involved in the case of bank transfers. Please note that for e-wallets, there may be a fee for withdrawals, if you have not traded.

My Account

I have forgotten my Client Portal Password. What do I do?

Go to the Client Portal login page and click on the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link under the ‘Login’ button and follow the instructions on how to reset your password. For further assistance, please contact our Client Support team.

Is my password to the client portal the same one I use to access my trading account?

The password you use to login to your client portal is different than the one you use to login to your trading account.

How can I manage my account settings?

You can manage your account settings from your dashboard's 'My Accounts' section. This includes:

  1. Managing security settings

The leverage on your account can be changed by logging into your Client Portal and selecting the ‘Settings’ option for your specific MT4 Account.

How do I open additional trading accounts?

You are able to open an additional account by logging into your client portal and selecting + Live Account Application and completing the short form and submitting this through to us.

How do I open additional trading account with a different currency?

You can contact the support team via live chat or send an email to support@tmgm.com and they will assist you with creating the account.

How many live accounts can I have open at any one time?

The maximum number of live accounts permitted are 5.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update your personal details in your dashboard's 'My Profile' area. This includes:

How do I change my account password?

To change your account password, follow these steps:

  1. For your profile password: Go to “Account Setting” > “Information” > “Change Password.”
  2. For your trading account password: Go to “Dashboard” > “Change Password” for the respective account.

How can I change the name on my profile?

If you have made a spelling error on your application, please contact our support department via the live chat and if we already have a copy of your valid ID on your profile, then we will be able to correct the spelling of your name. If you wish to change the name to a completely different name, please send an email to support@tmgm.com . You are also able to check your balance by logging into your MT4 account on the MT4 trading platform.

How can I change the registered email address on my account?

To change your registered email address, please send an email to support@tmgm.com requesting to change your email address and provide us with details of the old and new email addresses. We will require that you provide us with a selfie of you holding your valid ID document.

How can I change my residential address details?

To change your address, please send an email to support@tmgm.com and provide us with a copy of a proof of residence document such as a bank/credit card statement or a utility bill (gas, water or electricity) that confirms your full name, your new residential address details and the document must be dated within the last three months.

How do I place trades with TMGM?

You can place trades via:

How do I open a trading account?

When you sign up with TMGM, you'll automatically get a trading account. You can open additional accounts from the dashboard if needed.

How do I download and install the trading platform?

To download and install MT4 or MT5:
  1. Visit the TMGM website

  3. Choose MT4 or MT5
  4. Download the installer
  5. Run the installer and follow the prompts

What are the main elements of the trading interface?

How should I start to trade?

As a beginner, a great place to start is to open a demo account, familiarize yourself with the platforms before trading, and learn the basics with TMGM Academy.

What does the market price represent?

The market price displays how many units of the pair's secondary currency are equivalent to 1 unit of the pair's first currency. For example, if EUR/USD is trading at 1.12000, this means for every 1 Euro (the pair's first currency), you would receive/require 1.12 USD.

What type of spreads are offered by TMGM?

All our account types have variable (floating) spreads. This means that the spread will fluctuate based on the prices we receive from our deep pool of Liquidity Providers, reflecting the market conditions of the underlying asset at that specific time.

What are the fees for trading with TMGM?

On our Classic account type, the spread starts from 1 pip plus any due swaps. On our Edge account type, spread from 0 pips plus any due swaps, and a commission of 7 usd per round turn lot.

When is Swap applied?

The swap is applied daily, and the trade is kept open at 23:59 GMT+2 (server time) daily. The Swap fee is tripled on Wednesdays (for FX and Metals) to compensate for the weekend. For other asset classes, the swap is applied on Fridays.

How is Swap calculated relative to my trade?

To calculate the swap of a trade, it would be

Swap Rate x Number of Lots x Number of Nights = Swap to be applied to the trade

What types of Execution are applied to TMGM trades?

Trades are executed with Market Execution (except Limit orders—buy/Sell Limit or Take Profit). This means that the trader will receive the price requested on the platform, or if the requested price is no longer available at the time of execution, the trade will be executed at the next best available price.

What is a pending order?

A pending order is an order to execute in the future when pre-determined parameters have been fulfilled.

We offer 4 types of pending order on our MT4 accounts:

Buy Limit

Buy provided the future “ASK” price is equal to the pre-defined value. The current price level is higher than the value of the placed order. Orders of this type are usually placed in anticipation that the price having fallen to a certain level, will increase.

Buy Stop

Buy provided the future “ASK” price is equal to the pre-defined value. The current price level is lower than the value of the placed order. Orders of this type are usually placed in anticipation that the price having reached a certain level, will keep on increasing.

Sell Limit

Sell provided the future “BID” price is equal to the pre-defined value. The current price level is lower than the value of the placed order. Orders of this type are usually placed in anticipation that the price having increased to a certain level, will fall.

Sell Stop

Sell provided the future “BID” price is equal to the pre-defined value. The current price level is higher than the value of the placed order. Orders of this type are usually placed in anticipation that the price having reached a certain level, will keep on falling.

Is it possible to receive a requote?

Requotes are not possible when trading on a Market Execution environment.

What instruments are available to trade with TMGM?

We offer a wide range of instruments, including Forex, Indices, Shares, Metals, Energies, and Cryptocurrencies. A full list of available instruments can be found on our website.

What is the Smallest/Largest trade I can open?

For forex, the smallest trade size is 0.01 standard lots, and the largest is 80 lots.

What leverage is available?

We offer leverage of up to 1:30 for forex pairs, but it can differ depending on the exact instrument. To check the leverage available for specific instruments, please find them listed here.

What order types does TMGM support?

TMGM supports various order types:
  1. Market orders: For immediate execution at the current market price
  2. Pending orders:
    • Limit orders: To buy below the market or sell above the market
    • Stop orders: To buy above the market or sell below the market
  3. Advanced order types: Stop Loss and Take Profit Orders

How do I manage my trades?

You can manage your trades from the trading platform:
  1. Monitor open positions in the 'Trade' tab of the Terminal window
  2. Edit stops and limits by right-clicking on an open position
  3. Close trades partially or fully from the 'Trade' tab

Is the TMGM Trading App secure?

Yes, TMGM ensures that all transactions on both the Trading App and Mobile App are fast, hassle-free, and secure. Funds are received into segregated bank accounts separate from those used by the company and are held with Tier 1 major banks.

What is HUBx?

HUBx is a portfolio management tool, which connects and manages positions by linking master and follower accounts.

How do I open a HUBx Account?

You can apply to access the HUBx platform directly from your client portal under the main tab accounts you will see an option to apply HUBx. Once you select this, you will see a pop window with the relevant terms of use.

Do I need to download the HUBx?

HUBx is integrated into your client portal and does not require you to download any additional software.

How do I login to HUBx?

The login option is available directly in your client portal under the tab Trading Tools.

What is my username and password for HUBx?

The login details are the same details you use to login to your client portal.

Can a follower account be on a different server to the master?

HUBx is separated into two separate platforms to accommodate accounts under server 1,2,3 and 4,5,6 respectively.

This means that an account under server 4 can follow an account under server 5 but cannot follow an account under server 1.

How do you set up a master account?

Your real trading account will be displayed under the Account Management tab and can then be linked to your portfolio.

Must the follower account holder know the master account holder?

Yes, a PIN number is required to link the follower account to the master account, the PIN is provided by the follower to the master account holder.

How do I connect my account to the master account?

You must create a PIN and provide this to the master account holder.

How do I create a HUBx PIN?

Under the trading account settings, select password type, HUBx PIN and create your PIN password.

How do I disconnect my account from the master account?

You can request directly from the Master account holder to disconnect your account, or you can send the request to support@tmgm.com.

Does my account have to match the same currency of the master account?

The currency does not have to be the same.

Is there any profit sharing on HUBx?

HUBx does not offer an integrated function for profit sharing itself. However, you can get in contact with your Account Manager and they will be able to provide you with a solution.

Is TMGM regulated?

TMGM is regulated by ASIC (Australian Securities and Investment Commission - AFSL: 436416).

Are my personal details safe?

The privacy of our customers is something that we take extremely seriously, and we have procedures in place to safeguard the information we request. You can view our privacy policy which outlines how we handle your personal information.

How does TMGM ensure security?

  1. Segregated Accounts: Client funds are held in separate trust accounts from TMGM's operational funds

Your funds are not held with TMGM. TMGM holds clients’ funds in an Australian ADI (authorized deposit-taking institution) which has AA rating. All client money is managed in accordance with client money laws and kept separate from company funds. Client money is held in segregated Client Trust Accounts with National Australia Bank (NAB).

Do you offer negative balance protection?
